I live very close to this nail salon, and I was having a very bad day and wanted to treat myself. I dropped by on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, and they were able to take me right away for a manicure in full set. On top of that, the shops owner is very kind, sweet, and personable. It’s clear she cares about her business, but her clients as well. She takes great pride in her work, and takes her job seriously. And the cherry on top of it all is that they do excellent work here! I highly recommend this place, I’ve only been here once but it feels like I’ve known them for years. If you’re looking for a quality salon, with quality people, this is your place! I have attached a photo of my nails, almost 3 weeks after I got them done. They have lasted great, no problems whatsoever, and I still get complimented on them every day!

I was a fan, but they didn’t get all my hair from waxing I had to pluck a lot and they left me sticky. Also my daughter’s nail got soggy they didn’t have her under the lights long enough to cure the bottom layer. And it was dented like not enough acrylic. After living in Pittsburg for almost 3 years, I finally found THE nail salon just around the corner from our house. Most of us females are careful about where to get great, quality service as far as someone doing our nails for the first time. Let me tell yah…. This place is the Ssshhhhh! Shop is SPOTLESS, very clean and organized! My nails had the opportunity to be serviced by *Tuh (sorry if I butchered the spelling) and she was HILARIOUS! Very upfront, honest, full of fun time personality and I very much enjoyed our conversation. She made me feel like I’ve been a regular client and I appreciated that because for the first time, I didn’t sit in a chair with my headphones on watching a movie while a lady is tendering to my nails. She listened to my wants and she knows what’s good and not good about my nails. I FOUND my go to nail shop y’all! After living in Pittsburg for almost 3 years, I finally found THE nail salon just around the corner from our house. Most of us females are careful about where to get great, quality service as far as someone doing our nails for the first time. Let me tell yah…. This place is the Ssshhhhh! I have been coming here for a while and they were always a little on the pricey side and today I asked for acrylic overlay on my short toes and they tried charging me 90$ which I found very expensive for toes and then continued to laugh and giggle once they knew my mood had changed Pedicure

very rushed. i understand that only 3 of them were taking care of everyone and i commend the multitasking. but they didnt take the time they needed on each individual person. i got a fill for my acrylics, which usually takes about an hour to an hour and a half depending on what you get done. they rushed it so much, it took them less than half an hour to do everything. of course not even the best quality either. not coming here again.

I will never come back to this place! They did a HORRIBLE nail job (I wish I can post a pic so everyone can see ), I never leave bad review because I understand everyone is trying to make it in life. But, I can let this one go. I was about to leave after I paid $60+ and I came back to ask nicely to get it fix, they told me very rudely that I had to wait and once they had me sitting back in a chair they try to do it so fast that they hurt me. I can believe this people is still in business, DO NOT waste your money or your time at this place!!

I’ve been here several times. Each time I’ve noticed they talk extremely loud amongst themselves. I don’t know about anyone else but I like it quiet during my “me” time. They are a bit pricy compared to other places in the area and I always have to go back due to a chip or fading polish right after my appointment. I will not go back and I don’t recommend this place.

I was visiting the area for a wedding and needed a Sunday appointment. There are many shops open on Sunday but not early enough to make the wedding on time. Nail Art was open! I treated warmly and for a person who rarely gets a Mani/Pedi because I’m always working in my garden, I have to admit both were in sore need. I was given a great Mani/Pedi making my feet and hands human again. The salon is beautiful and the owner and technicians are wonderful. Although I only had a basic Mani/Pedi I heard great recommendations on their nail design too. I will be visiting again when I’m in the area!

Horrible customer service please do not come here. Eveything was rushed they don’t really listen to what you want and they don’t ask you if you do want something or not total waste of money. They do everything super rough and all staff there have attitude. They try and over charge you for eveything even if you just get a regular pedicure. The whole time I was getting my service the staff just kept talking to each other in there laugage being obnoxiously loud. One of the staff was asked a question and she responded super rude no need for that not everyone is an expert with nail stuff.
