We’re a newly owned Nail Salon with nail techs that have up to 19 years experience. We are located inside of Great Southwest Crossing shopping center. We are in between the UPS store and Rainbow clothing. In the lot across from Walmart and steps away from Buffalo Wild Wings. We are proud to be the nail salon for locals to pamper themselves with manicures, pedicures eyebrow waxing and back massages in one of our large comfortable chairs. Really nice nail shop. Went to get my nails done for college graduation and Mia took a lot of extra time making sure each nail was straight, as well as making sure they were the same length on both hands. I asked for middle length nails, coffin shape, and just plain purple/lavender powder color. $45 for this new set. Also the staff offered snacks and water/soda while I was there. Highly recommend!

Good customer service! Finally, a place with good customer service. They actually care how your experience goes. My first time going this week and it started off rocky due to my nails not turning out the way I’d hope. Nee nee and Mira (probably spell names wrong) came in to ensure my nails and toes were done right. A couple cracked a few days later but I was able to get them repaired with no push back just kindness. Thank you guys.

Long story short, when I walked in it was a slow Sunday. My nail lady Jennifer (I think that’s her name, the fancy older lady). When one of her favorite clients walked in, she started rushing my nails. I had old paint left on my nails and had to point out that she missed red nail polish. But she rushed me out the door to help her favorite client. Worst service ever.

I just left today and my nails are disgusting. I came for coffin and got a mix of different shapes and sizes. The lady with the drawn on eyebrows did these. She do my cousin nails and there always sloppy and lie to my cousin charging her dip service when she’s actually doing acrylic full set on her. I only came spare of the moment on a whim and prayer somebody would do my nails right. She had correct formation but don’t know how to apply polish nor acrylic. And she gets mad when you don’t tip her. Child please bad enough I sat and let you finish screwing up my nails. Please save your money and sanity before choosing to go here. No shade thrown just facts.
