My mother-in-law be coming here often she told me to come here and I did. I asked for a pedicure and they came out wonderful I had a great experience staff was lovely and will try to have a conversation with you which is amazing! Price was acceptable! I will come here again!

Do not go to this salon if u value customer service. I was in Greensboro getting another service done and decided to give this nail salon a try because my sister and mom get their nails done here. Well when I walked in no one said hello or greeted me at all. The didn’t even ask what service I needed. They all looked at me while I signed in and kept doing what they were doing. There were only 3 other people in the salon getting their nails done and two were leaving when I sat down. Nail techs walked right by me to go look at produce on the back a lady’s truck and still did not acknowledge me. By this time I had been waiting about 20 minutes with one other customer who was getting her nails done and 4 other nail techs buying produce and checking their phones. I ended up walking out after 30 minutes of no one acknowledging me and the only reason I stayed that long us because my sister and mom love their work and their prices. I would rather pay more for better service, which I did.

Do not waste your time, money, or energy with this place. I sat for over 2 hours waiting for a simple soak off and I got there when they opened up. When asked how long at first it would take it was three customers ahead of me and 4 employees working hence I could have been seated for a simple soak off! After 2 hours I watched a lady be skipped for her service, I inquired again how long it would be and was told “Long time”. No estimated time frame was offered and the staff almost refused to even acknowledge I was simply there for a soak off. I have been once before and they let me soak off while they serviced other clients. I am highly displeased and will NEVER offer my money to this establishment again! Take heed and work on your quality of service, clearly you’re behind in how to provide efficient services.

The customer service is poor as others have already stated, expect a long wait and the nail tech didn’t give me the shape I requested after showing her a picture before she started then she says “ it’s close”, I’m disappointed and will not return. I already had a very bad experience. After driving for 40 minutes to get to this place and waiting for almost 2 hours, they called a person who arrived after me. When I claimed the one who spoke to me is tremendously rude and haughty. They treat customers very badly. From my side they don’t have a penny more because I won’t go back to this place and I don’t recommend it either.

These ladies are talented! I’m giving them five stars because I’ve gone here several times and got in my manicures pedicures and acrylic nails. My nails are always beautiful and never break or chip even my polish and I don’t use gel. When you find a nail salon where each of them are really good you stay however I wish there were more of them the wait time is high everybody goes early so you wait I guess you have to have patience and you have to have time to go there and I’ve been going to a different nail salon to try to save my time and then I went on vacation and my nail broke the top part just chipped off all I could think of was I should have went to nails art!!!!

Very excellent service. Greeted upon entry. Depending on occupancy at the time, the wait could be anywhere between 1 minute and 1 hour. I have been with them for a number of years. Floated to other nail salons. This is where I have eventually settled. Enjoy!!!
