Today was the finally straw and the day I ended doing business with this salon. I called to get my dip nails done and was told by Trish she could take me at 4:30 I arrived at 4:10pm and was greeted right away. Now here’s where it goes down hill. My dip powder was removed right away by another lady in the shop cool no worries now it’s time for my nails to be done and Trish tells me she’s running behind could I let someone else do them well I guess so since I now have the polish removed and I really need them done.The lady who took over has done my nails in the past I should have said no since I didn’t like the way she did them before but I always believe in second chances. Boy was I wrong I left with my natural long nails looking like ten different people had worked on each nail. I should have stated I was there 2 weeks prior and Trish had given me a coffin shape and now I had every shape you could think of. My nails are long and she really did a saw job on them they only fix is to cut them off and start again The dip powder is lumpy on some nails you see where there’s to much powder and it wasn’t applied even. just a hot mess. . I used to love going here since I’m a manager at Target made this a really convenient place to go but lately it’s been off lack luster pedicures to really bad dip manicures and being pushed off to accommodate the Karen’s well I’m done. This Karen has had enough I wish you guys the best but today was the finally straw!!!!! I’m never coming back and not to mention I always recommend this place for a good dip and manicures since I encounter lots of new people in the area looking for a good salon but after today NEVER AGAIN!!!! Thanks for ruining my nails!!!!!!! By the way yes the do artificial nails but these were my natural nails not the artificial!!! So I can’t soak them off and start again. Natural long nails are a no for them!!!!

Overall my experience was good. I went in for gelx. This is something I’ve gotten many times but due to a time crunch needed to try it a new place. Literally after 3 days multiple nails started to just fall off clean. If you look at the pic, i started trying to rip the gel off my nail myself but like i said they were falling off clean. 2 days later, i had Trish fix the 6 nails that have either come off or was visibly about to and tipped for the service although i didn’t need to. Couple days later, 4 more nails have fallen off. Listen, i work in the office or at home and in no way am i doing something that would justify this happening in such a short period of time. I’ve never gone through something like this and for the money spent it’s Just not worth getting gelx done at this establishment again unfortunately.

Nails Art 1 did an amazing job on my wedding nails! Even better than my inspo photo. So much attention to detail and a good price considering how great of a job they did. I got so many compliments and they held up very well.

I have been going to NailArt1 for 3 1/2 years, and there are no words to express the awesomeness of this place! Trish and her team go far and beyond any salon, I have ever entered. Trish, the owner of the salon, is one of the most talented nail artists I’ve ever seen! Trish and her staff are all professional and meticulous with their work. I wish I had more photos from my previous dip/nail art manicures with Trish, but trust me I have never been unhappy with the result.
