So, we were in town on vacation and chose this place because of the good reviews, as well as it showed it had a “mini children’s pedicure chair”. Well, they in fact do not have a “mini children’s pedicure chair” as shown that they do, but no biggie. They placed pillows behind where my 5 year old was comfortable & could reach the foot prop. BUT, I felt like the cleanliness was not up to par and the nail instruments were not sterilized like they are supposed to be. My pedicure was not the best & my big toe was not fully polished. I got a gel shellac manicure that didn’t even fully cover my nails. It looks like I have had the manicure for a week or two. A few of my fingers were not evenly polished and looked like the polish was clumped up. I had 3 different employees switch out in the middle of giving me my manicure. Overall, we were definitely not pleased with our visit. Will not be going back.

Went in on Saturday by Thursday 9/10 nails were gone. 5 days. 3 had broken from minute tasks (pairing socks, picking up a box of caprisun) if you can believe that! While getting my nails done I was charged $65 for “long” nails I was getting a short length this time but I didn’t make fuss. Then my tech talked to her coworker the ENTIRE time seeming about their boss as they would cease as she walked by.. this made my already lengthy service double in time. I note this because I believe her lack of attention was why the remainder of my nails popped off like press ons. When I went for remedy they offered half price off of another set. Laughable. Blamed me said I took them off when in reality my day to day tasks they simply popped off. 20 years of nail service this is by far the most disappointing. Overpriced. Under qualified. Language barrier or they have you believe so they can’t understand your plight to have had paid $65 dollars for a service in this climate your work should be able do hold up.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismAmy did great on my nails. It was my first time here. I had to take off my last set because another nail salon did HORRIBLE. She did perfect and made the nails the perfect length and not thick at all. Thank you girl! Definitely will come again.

My husband and I went here on our anniversary weekend on the island and I was very disappointed. We always get identical mani/pedi wherever we go (the package that includes the massage and paraffin wax) with me only getting my nails/toenails painted. My husband got the full treatment. However I got my finger nails painted ( nothing else) and after pedi was sent over to mani station and the lady said ok put head down and wanted to start massage. I mentioned the paraffin wax on hands ect. She stuck my hands in bags of wax and after massage of my neck she pulled my hand out of wax and was gone. Never massaged my hands, trimmed cuticles or anything. After we left my husband bragged on how the massage on his hands was awesome and she popped his wrist, ect. I felt as if the staff is rushed and kept being asked how much longer it was going to take them because they was busy. It’s all about the dollar and not taking the time on the client.

I’ve been coming to this salon for years now and I love it so much! The staff are always kind and accommodating, and always try had to match whatever obscure photo I show them. They have like 20 pedicure chairs, a ton of colors and polishes to choose from and always offer a beverage. They get to know the regulars and treat you like an old friend when you come in. I’m headed back on Monday for a new set and I literally can’t wait.
