Quality service again!!! I had the pleasure of having Lena as my nail technician. She was kind and very good. People know I am all about quality and service and I was given both. It has been years since I have gotten my nails done. I stopped because technicians were just a little to rough for my liking. She was gentle and did an amazing job with my nails and manicure. I love nails and more. I’ve been going to this location for about 3 years, for the most part consistently. There are only a few girls I want to do my nails. Shirley is the BEST with pedicures. She has so much knowledge. Lexi is amazing. She asks questions to understand exactly what you want instead of assuming. Lena is also really good as well! Her shaping skills are superb. The only con is being nickeled and dimed for every, single thing you get (which is most salons). It’s just crazy how much nails costs these days. I would still recommend nails and more.

This is my second visit to this nail salon. The first time my boyfriend and I both got awesome pedicures, that included cocktails which was fun and different! I got acrylic nails, but wasn’t super happy with them. However, this time I am very happy to say I LOVE my nails! I requested someone different (with more experience), and was paired with ANGEL, who was excellent!! She paid very close attention to detail, listened carefully to what I wanted and even did a sample nail to ensure she understood. I highly recommend her! The owner came over to chat with me, and asked several questions to confirm I was happy. He was also very pleasant, and really runs a cool place! Although I live in Dacula I work in Atlanta, and it’s so nice to have a high quality, trendy spot to get my nails done without having to drive into the city. Highly recommend!

I usually do not leave reviews, however, I feel like it is important to say that their work here is very inconsistent. I have been to this salon multiple times over the years and I have given them the benefit of the doubt multiple times because I have seen some good work in the past. Now, it seems that they are trying to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible and rushing their work. I got an acrylic full set with gel polish this time thinking it can’t be easy to mess up, however when all was done I noticed that the nail beds were uneven and bumpy and did not blend with my natural nail, then the acrylic did not fill the sides and you could see my natural nail. The person left nail polish around my fingers and under the nails and then she filed the nails after the final gel top coat??? I got these done before going out of town and was very disappointed.

I will start my review by saying I’ve gotten my nails done here for over 2 years, and there are wonderful and talented individuals who provide great service here. The owners are great people, and you can tell by their responses to reviews and willingness to rectify anything. However the reviews of inconsistency are true, and I resisted to the urge to give a review but after this last visit, idk if I can continue to be served here, which makes me sad.

The ambiance and decor inside of the salon was nice and they have plenty of workers from what I saw. My nails came out really nice and Dede did a great job with the shape. My pedicure on the other hand was not so great. It was rough and the tools used were sharp and hurt. The gel polish on my toes was also lumpy and didn’t look nearly as good as my hands. The reason for three stars comes from the bad pedicure along with the nickel and diming on the pricing at the end. I’ve never been to a shop that charges for every little thing. As you can see from my receipt the things they are charging extra for should be included in the price. What is the price for if I’m paying for all these other additional things that are usually already included in most other nail salons. Because of this I doubt I will be back. There are too many other nail salons that do great work out here and don’t have to overcharge their customers.

Nails and More Salon is amazing!! I have been coming here for over a year and I never leave disappointed. The only nail tech that I go to is Angel. And the only pedicurist I go to is Ann! They both are bomb!! And Angel’s designs are fantastic and Ann’s techniques leave you in a daze!!. They are definitely the best! I also love the customer service and you are always offered something to drink (wine, soda, water). I highly recommend making an appointment with Angel for manicure nails and Ann for pedicures.
