Stephanie always does a great job with my acrylic nails and nail art. She’s always willing to try new designs and has great freestyle abilities. She is super friendly and fast but doesn’t compromise quality. On the one or two occasions that I haven’t liked something or wanted a change, she was happy to accommodate. I’ve had several pedicures here too and they’re always a great and thorough experience.

Nails and lounge is my favorite place to get my nails done! Stephanie, Zoe and Azzaya are the nicest people and do the best job every time. Abby at the front is always friendly and so great to talk to. I have been going here for a long time and would not think of going anywhere else :). Today this salon delivered what I believe to be a bad customer experience. We stopped by to grab a $100 Mother’s Day gift certificate. I went to sign the credit card receipt and noticed a charge of additional $3.50. I asked why and they explained that it was for the credit fee. This to me comes across as chintzy and left me with a bad taste in my mouth. It’s not at all about the money but rather the perception of gouging the customer. That $3.50 should be used as an investment into clients. This to me is sad because this has caused the past great nail experience to pale in comparison and I will not be back. It makes me wonder if I can see this charge what other baked in charges are there in the nail expense that we are not seeing. On top of this, the envelope that was given with the gift certificate was written all over with someone else’s name.

I’ve been going here for years now and i took my friend in to get her nails done and they refused to give her the student discount and overall judgmental towards us… I’ve gotten the student discount every time I’ve gone. Ada is the lady who did her nails and refused to give her the student discount.

I used to be a regular nail salon person but hardly ever go to the salon anymore because of costs/ease/etc. I’ve been to Nails & Lounge twice now, once a few months ago for a pedicure and once for some Valentine’s Day acrylics, and both times I was very impressed with the salon. It’s clean, big, and beautiful inside. They have a huge range of colors so I can always find the exact shade I’m looking for. And the service is always great! They are friendly, welcoming, fun to talk to, and very good at what they do. I haven’t had acrylics this good in a long, long time! Will definitely be a loyal, returning customer.
