Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to go get my nails done with inspo pictures for them and asked for an acrylic fullset. When she did them she did gel acrylics which are more expensive, and did my nails horribly. There was polish all over my hands, the cuticles were messy, the nails weren’t the same shape on every finger, and weren’t filed down so they were bumpy, the purple was visible over the white design, she told me she could so 3d flowers and when I said that they weren’t even she said that happens sometimes and there was residue that wasn’t cleaned up. When I asked why she wasn’t doing acrylic powder she said its cheaper to refill with gel but she couldn’t even hold the acrylic on her brush. I had to ask her to clean up lines, fix the petals, and change the color. I had to pay and leave for 5 minutes anf when I came back I asked fro a refund and they refused and told me to call the police if i wanted to. I then asked her to take them off because they were horrific and she offered to do color powder for me for free but at this point your work is bad and if you can’t do half decent nails with gel, I don’t want to see what you can do with more comlex types. DO NOT come here. This isn’t the first time they have done a terrible job. Had a bad experience here today. My French pedicure was uneven and I requested this to be fixed and she caught an attitude and told me I should have told her I wanted it differently before. It was we no done properly and if the customer is unsatisfied why are YOU catching an attitude? I did not Even finish my planned service. I left to get my nails done at a better, more customer friendly establishment. Would not recommend.
