we scheduled an appointment for 3 at 2:00, and when we got there they said we didn’t have one. after we waited an hour and a half, they fit us in but rushed. my nails came out well, but the tech rushed my friends and hers were very chunky and pointed upward and not long at all. we were overcharged, as we were told that the acrylics were $40 and $10 for a design, but we’re charge $70+. the nail tech used gel without telling us of the extra cost, and it also cost $5 just to shape the nail. they look fine but it was a very stressful experience so we won’t be back 🙁

Horrible experience – came in to get a manicure and pedicure and left looking worse than I walked in. They tried to fix their mistakes 3 times and still partially charged me for damaging my nails after I said I refuse to pay. Each nail is cut uneven, hangnails, and super deep scratches. “This is normal when you remove gel polish” is what I was told. No way- This is damage by the tech and will take months to grow out.

I only get gel pedicures to know this application is bad. The same day they chipped and they offered to redo. They tried to blame the service package I chose and that’s why the paint didn’t stay? I think for $75 it’s ridiculous to expect your customer to be inconvenienced and try to find time to come back. When I asked for a partial refund due to the fact I had an event that night (reason for even getting pedi) they pretty much said no the only option was to come back for a fix. No incentive to go back there after being ignored, disrespected and hung up on. Hoping I can move on and not get a fungus or infection. What a terrible experience very disappointed esp. when they pressure their customer to tip and they don’t really care what happens after I leave. Go here at your own risk I will be sure they won’t get good word of mouth from me though.

Not going to lie, when I walked in I was very excited to try this place. I am new to the area and really loved the atmosphere. I got a full set of acrylics and I was not pleased at all. After my service, it looked as if I already needed a fill. And not even 2 weeks after my acrylics started chipping really badly. 2 weeks later, I was able to literally peel my acrylics off.
