This time, was not good. The young girl that did my nails, was very distracted on what her fellow employees were doing. I left very dissatisfied. My nails were sharp and rough, ( i had to file down when I got home)I had my previous nail polish removed, and she did not even get all the polish off. I always go and get my nails done here. Michael is awesome at it. But on July 31st. Me and my sister went and get a pedi done. I never had a problem here but the guy that did my feet left my leg looking like this. It’s sore. When he was scrubbing my feet I felt him hitting my leg. Please just be careful when working on ppl.

I went to get my nails done with a few friends & none of my nails are shaped the name or the same length. They also messed up on both of my friends nails. One had the same issue as me & her color wasn’t the color she asked for. & the other has 2 crooked nails & their not colored all the way. we will not be returning. i highly recommend not to go here.

I will never go back to this nail salon. I am a cosmetologist and I like to test new places. Nails 99 is extremely unsanitary. They use the same implements on every person without cleaning and they don’t clean there rocks for pedicures. The lady that was working on my nails was digging her nails into me and every time I told her she was hurting me she would laugh and say sorry then do it again. They overcharged me and over all a extremely discussing salon.

If it weren’t for the decent job my prior visit and would give this experience one star. Rushed, nails left jagged and not completely covered. Didn’t use dip technique even though that is what I was charged for that.. had to cure?! The whole benefit of dip is that you don’t cure! She kept getting on her phone. I know not to get her ever again. Maybe, actually, I’ll go elsewhere from now on.
