I’ve always had great service by any of the staff when I’ve visited. Fridays and weekends get busy but they still move people quickly while not rushing services. My manicures and pedicures last a long time and I’m always satisfied with the end result.

The salon offers no options to contact them other than Facebook message, so I sent them my experience and asked for an option for talking with someone at the salon. Whoever received my message on Facebook then “disliked” the message and did not acknowledge it. I have yet to hear from anyone from the salon.

I like this salon and I’ve been here a few times. But I have a friend who goes with me and 2x a specific male technician will not assist him. It is very obvious homophobic behavior to the point where if my friend is next he will either refuse to help or hide in the back. I have heard him be rude to other patrons as well even women. It makes me rethink coming here again which is sad because there are other lovely female and male technicians there. It’s uncomfortable for my friend and just bad form.
