Honestly Nails 90 will never see another penny from me. My acrylic is so bumpy and uneven. I had a repair on my index finger and it’s crooked. Both of my index fingers are breaking on the nail bed & it’s probably because their products are CHEAP!! I always wear my nails long & that has NEVER happened. My usual nail tech charges me $30 less and does a PHENOMENAL job. I’m so upset that she was booked so I had to spend $85 and time in a nail salon that gave me dirty looks as soon as I walked in the also made me wait 30 minutes to get serviced meanwhile there was no one ahead of me. Very unprofessional & the nail techs need to take a continued education class. The lady that did my nails said she’s been in the business 30 years, but I can’t tell!

Nail techs are horrible. Went to get a full that was $80. Way too expensive for a fill. The nails are bumpy and gel is peeling off. I was also CUT WITH THE DRILL. The techs rush too much and the nails never look good. I recommend going to a small nail tech that takes their time and costs less. French manicures, Acrylic nails, Nail painting, Nail extensions

A group of 8 of us went for a holiday outing. Two received pedicures, 5 got gel nails and 1 had a manicure with personal polish. Out of the 8, 5 of us are extremely disappointed. I had French tips. When I got out into the daylight, I could see that she didn’t fully cover the tips of my nails. I went back. Instead of removing the polish and starting over, she added more polish on top of what she had already completed. She also, without asking, changed the color because she thought it was better. The tips looked like I’d dipped my fingers in putty – they were uneven globs. I called to speak to the manager who was at JL Salon around the corner. She manages both nail salons. She offered me a refund or to do my nails over. I opted to do them over – it took her one hour and 45 minutes…and guess what? The gel polish began coming up and chipping on the 4th day!! The WORST service I have ever had and the prices are ridiculously expensive! Two others of us with gel nails had the same problem. And one came home without a top coat on one of their hands! The gel polish has chipped and come off on all of our nails before a week was up. I spoke to the manager again, telling her about our issues and asked for refunds. She refused. I told her my mother wore sandals for 5 hours after her pedicure and still the nail polish smudged badly – it was applied way to thickly! The manager said she “can’t control” how long the polish takes to dry. 5 hours isn’t enough?? We all spent double what we would typically pay – we went there since they have a lot of chairs to accommodate our large group – and are we ever sorry!! The one of us who got the manicure had very rude service. All 8 of us have said we will never give our business to Nails 90 or JL Salon again. Cheap, cheap, cheap quality. What poor service and robbery of our money.

Took my 75-year-old mother there today that had a stroke six months ago and has no use of her right side and needs to have help keeping her arm and leg in place and the gentleman that took care of us was so accommodating and very gentle and completely understanding of helping my mom through this entire ordeal!!! Awesome Experience!! Safety and Sanitizing Methods are exceptional!!! Protection barrier also in place!! I had a herbal pedicure with eucalyptus and peppermint with hot stones and a foot massage. My feet feel 1000 percent better!!!

This was the worst experience i’ve ever had with a nail salon. they did not listen to the requests i clearly gave them about what i wanted for my nails. they do what they want and they can’t even succeed at that. not only were my nails genuinely horrid, they cost me $94 dollars. for solid color short dip powder nails. they claimed to be priced at 60 dollars plus 10 dollar tips bonus. and i did not leave the man who did my nails any gratuity. DN nail salon is right by this place please save yourself the time and money and go there.
