Positive: ProfessionalismJay is very flexible with everyone’s time & schedule. I get the same thing everytime, a full set w/ gel. & the price never changes. He is consistent & does a very good job on my nails I’m never disappointed . The quality of my nails are immaculate! I love this salon ! Most definitely who I recommend to my fellow peers!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI arrived ready to tryout a new nail salon. until I was called Bonk Gang (Theft) by the young male owner because me and the older gentleman was trying to get my nails how I wanted them. He thought I didn’t know what it meant I guess. The older gentleman didn’t know any English so he wasn’t understanding anything o said about my nails and got very rude and unprofessional then he cut the nails off my hands and walked out the salon. When he returned he wa pouring nail remover into a bowl and was letting it splash in my face. Not once did the owner say anything but instead he started discussing the situation with other customers and laughing. The whole salon was very unprofessional and rude. I arrived ready to tryout a new nail salon. until I was called Bonk Gang (Theft) by the young male owner because me and the older gentleman was trying to get my nails how I wanted them. He thought I didn’t know what it meant I guess.
