For the best service, we highly recommend setting an appointment. With some flexibility, same day appointments during weekdays are very possible. If you have a rigid schedule, you should book your appointments further in advance. Walk-ins are accepted at our convenience. If you choose to walk-in, be aware it is possible that we will not accommodate you. We accommodate group appointments the best we can. When making a group appointment, we need to know the number of people coming and the exact services they wish to receive. We don’t always have the ability to add-on a service or switch the service types. No-shows are not cool. Our technicians are commissioned. When you don’t show up, they aren’t earning money during that time

I booked an appointment and they got me in very fast. I got a full set with french tips. The nails in general look great to the untrained eye. The lady who did my nails was in a hurry and did them super fast so a couple of my nails have bubbles but not a big deal because it’s very common.

Sadly, after reading how the owner responds to people, I will not be going to this salon. Even if people are complaining and upsetting, professionalism is expected when running a business. I’ve been very pleased with my pedicures here. Mai is my favorite!! She does an amazing job! Everyone is very friendly. Would recommend this place over a couple others I’ve been to here in town. They have a loyal customer in me now.

I have been twice to this salon and will never return. Years ago I got wedding nails done and they were horrendous. So thick and way too long even when I kept saying to shorten them. I was embarrassed to show my ring off because of my nails. I returned just yesterday for my SIL birthday for a deluxe pedicure and the technician tore my nail cuticle up (still bleeding) and one gel nail already fell off another one is close. He also ended like 15 minutes earlier than the rest of my group (deluxe and basic packages as well). Not worth the pain or money for the service.
