I have pictures. My nails were all crooked and some long some short. I came back to get nails fixed as they told me on phone theyd fix it and instead the older guy chewed me out and told me “he was busy” AFTER i made the appointment several days before. No refund and refused to do my nails right. I WILL be turning this into the BBB. Totally uncalled for and I shouldnt have been treated that way. I left crying. Came to another shop in lindale that was so happy to help me. You havent heard the last from me. Right is right and wrong is wrong. I WILL BE CONTACTING health dept. TRUST IN THAT.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent for a fill and trim. I noticed one of my nails was filed crooked so I asked guy tech to fix it twice. He got offended and told me to go somewhere else to get my nails done. The owner (I assume ) comes by and asked what I wanted. I told her three times what needed to be done. The guy tech starts to grab my fingers aggressively so I pulled my hands to my lap and told him to stop touching me. He got upset and walks away. Lady then tells me to pay and go else where. I proceed to tell them all I wanted was them to fix the mistake. Guy comes back to argue more so I got up and left with my daughter. They handled a simple fix unprofessionally and both were very rude. My nails are uneven, acrylic wasn’t applied fully to my nails and shape is uneven. EDITED TO ADD: I left the initial review when Nail 7 was under different management (Ivy and her family ). After a few visits and services performed by the new owners, I am no longer a customer. Kim and her husband are very hospitable and do their best to accommodate you, I just chose to patronize another establishment that is able to better meet my needs.

I took my 10 year old niece to get a manicure. Everything was great. We were seated immediately and the tech picked several blues for her to choose from since she requested blue. He offered us a beverage. Only took about 20 minutes in total. Mani looked great. My niece was really happy! Manicure

I am from out of state. My experience was ok the pedicure was great .. but my manicure was rushed and my nails were Jagged on the ends and looked horrible I said something and she just kind of brushed It Off like it was no big deal. Wasn’t too happy for the price. And I gave her a $10 tip. I always pay before my manicure so I don’t mess my Nails up. Wrong direction here I guess.

Clean shop, seated immediately, very friendly staff. Basic pedicure by the next day my feet felt the same as before I went in.. it was a little painful tbh when he worked on my feet. Never had that happen before Pedicure
