If, I’m paying for your service I have the right to ask questions no need for a smart a$$ reply. The lady doing the pedicures doesn’t speak or understand English very. Which, made it hard to communicate she also moves really slow . My nails came out very pretty. But,I wouldn’t recommend getting your pedicure here.They really need to work on their customer service. If you’re a native of Natchez Ms I guess that’s what your use too. ♀️

Critical: Professionalism, QualityCame in and it was fairly empty. I asked for a gel manicure with design. I was seated and chose my nail color. Halfway through the manicure, the lady who was very rude asked what design I wanted. I showed her a picture and was told no they couldn’t do that design. I pulled up another picture with a simpler design and was told that I could not get a design unless I got a full acrylic set. I couldn’t get the service I wanted and was basically forced to pay for something i didn’t want. Came in and it was fairly empty. I asked for a gel manicure with design. I was seated and chose my nail color. Halfway through the manicure, the lady who was very rude asked what design I wanted. I usually come in for a pedicure and they immediately turn on the water for me to soak but I sat in the pedicure chair for nearly 10 min before I had to ASK for someone to turn my water on to soak. It should not have to take a client to ask a tech to do their job. Despite the busy services, keeping client retention is vital. So if I have to ask you to turn my water on, you won’t be receiving my money or time again. Highly disappointed.

Very unprofessional! I went with a bridal party and 4 of the 5 including the bride had to redo there nails or toes. I actually drove back to have them redo mine. They were very rude and charged me $15 to repaint my toes. Would not recommend.

If i could give this place half a star instead of 1 whole star, i would. The service was horrible, pricing was outrageous and the lady couldn’t even add up our total correctly! She added more on to the price for services we didnt recieve. Nail length was uneven and she was visibly aggravated when asked to fix it, same thing with polish. I dont live here so thankfully i wont ever be in a position to visit this place again.
