I got a pedicure here today for the first time in years; being a single mom I don’t get to do much for myself. Tina was very nice, the price was very affordable, the foot and leg massage was relaxing, the massage chairs were totally bomb, and my feet turned out looking great. Thanks again Tina for the positive, relaxing experience and the wonderful job you did. I will be back again.

Awful experience. Waited over an hour for our appointment, and the staff acted as if we were inconveniencing them by being there. They completely ignored my 8 year old daughter when she asked for a design, snapped at her, and then nicked her cuticles multiple times. I got acrylics and it has never taken so long, and the design I asked for looks so embarrassingly awful. Just bad service all around. Will never go back.

Very disappointed today. Pedicure was sloppy and had to be re-done. Went for a gel manicure. The shape of my nails is awful. One nail is filed almost to the quick. Person did not push my cuticles back and only used the little nippers. Consequently, there are bits of dry, loose skin all around my nails. The polish starts at my old cuticle line, so there is a space between the polish and my finger. The polish does not cover all of my nails completely. There are gaps between the sides of my nails and the skin. I have been going to Rt. 50 Nails for many years. There have been mishaps before, but today was terrible. The person who took care of my was just not friendly and blamed me for the poor pedicure. I still tipped him because I am not that kind of person. I really need to get these nails re-done, but I’m afraid when I go back they are going to act like there is nothing wrong.☹️

2nd visit wasn’t as good as 1st. Pedicure was supposed to include hot wax , didn’t get it but paid for it? Whole reason for upgrading. Nail file had been used on others and unsure of sterilization of utensils. 1st visit was great !
