Terrible experience!! Do Not Go!! I had an appointment at 4:00 and the nail tech. (Owner) didn’t get to me until 4:45. Then, she was very rude to when I wanted to see a color behind her, by rolling her eyes and said something under her breath. By 5:00 she just finished putting on my acrylics, but then said she had to go and I was told to wait for another technician to finish a pedicure on another customer before she could finish my manicure. My nails were broken and looked awful. Don’t go to Nails 4U. This business overbooks their customers and they don’t care about the quality of their services.

The guy at the end didnt even clean his station before taking me right after a client. The arm rest was visibly dirty along with everything on his station. He didn’t have me wash my hands or disinfect at all before he started filing with a dirty file that was not in any kind of cleaner. One he got to the color he never shook the bottle causing the color to pull away from edges immediately. I just got them done Friday, and the free edge is pulling back pretty bad already. Definitely wont be going back and do not recommend, I got lucky and didnt get cut this time, who knows what kind of infection I could have got.

I love that they accept walk-ins, it allows me to get my nails and toes done whenever I decide to! I’m so busy, so making appointments is a struggle. I called and requested a pedicure and was told to come on in. When I got there I was told to sign in and have a seat. No one said hello or welcome. There were three technicians total, two were doing nails and one was doing a pedicure.
