I loved my nails. The three-hour wait was worth it. I was told the wait was long, three hours or longer, to have my nails done. The best part was that I did not have to sit there and wait, so I left and did all my errands. I got a phone call and notified me that the technician was available to do my nails. I loved the set up. Very professional. Definitely coming back and will recommend all my friends.

On November 18th, 2022 my two friends and I checked in around 2:30. One for a pedicure and two for full set acrylics. The woman who did my nails (Ashley) started by telling me she couldn’t do the clear nails I wanted. Easy fix, I changed what I wanted so she could do something different. No problem. Then she asked what length and shape. I responded with medium size coffin nails. She also couldn’t do that. Once again no problem… she got the manager to come shape them (he was great by the way). After shaping them the manager went back to the lady he was doing before me. He left Ashley to finish me up. She was very sweet but she cut me on multiple nails. When the first one started bleeding she quickly put her gloveless finger over it to stop the blood. This had me wondering if she is a certified nail technician that has been taught the proper protocol when dealing with blood. She continued to do my nails without cleaning the drill bits that cut me multiple times. Overall my friends and I were not very happy with our experience. My last friend wasn’t done till around 6:30 which was basically 4 hours after we arrived. The long wait combined with the lack of training from our nail technician gave us a very bad experience. Overall I would consider giving this salon another chance, but I will only let Tammy or Randy do my nails.

Don’t bother giving feedback for service. The owner will just lie and completely change what happened to make his salon look better. The will tell you one hour, then have you wait for three. They also have nail techs that are clueless and can’t even shape nail correctly. Just go somewhere else… Pedicure

Read the owners responses under the other reviews. This place doesn’t take responsibility or ownership for anything. They instead blame the customers. I was with my friend when they cut her on five different nails. She left a review and then they blamed her for everything.

Friendly staff and true experts of their craft. A+ on sanitation which is major for me and I absolutely love how the nail technicians actually teach you how to care for your nails in between visits. Highly recommend Nails 4 U and they don’t schedule appointments – walk-ins only. I’m a client for life!!

I received a gift card to this place and I haven’t gotten my nails done since I’ve been in this area so I went today. It was awesome!! Everyone is so friendly. The place is beautiful, clean, welcoming and comfortable. This will definitely be my go to nail place! She took her time on my pedicure and my ombré nails and the owner made sure I was comfortable the entire time. < Check this place out! You won’t be disappointed!

Went to get a pedicure and a manicure. I was the second person there. The man at the reception desk took another person before me and asked me to wait longer until someone show up to do my nails. I asked him (the man with the bald head) how long the wait will be and he was so NASTY to me. He said I don’t need your kind of people here. Other customers informed me that he was also harassing and discriminating on them as well. 2 ladies in the parking lot asked me how was the service here and I told them what I had just experienced. They got in their car and left. I will keep spending the word on how disrespectful he treats people. Wrong service date but it was definitely the salon located by Cato in Vidalia. I don’t ever leave negative remarks. I alway give people a chance but the way he handled me, unacceptable. Good day
