Not the best not the worst. I got a fill for $32 plus tip. Don’t think I would come back because the service was very cold and she was rough with the file and made me bleed a tiny bit. She also assumed I wanted no chip so if you want regular polish be clear about it to avoid up charge. I spoke up so I just got regular polish. She also put very thick layers of polish so they took forever to dry.

TERRIBLE! I have tried out many places and this was by far the worst. I get my nails done every 2 weeks and usually go to Pro Nails in sycamore (best place ever!) but I planned a last minute vacation and was unable to get in. The moment she started I knew it would be a bad experience, she was clearly rushing and was not friendly at all. Shape was ok. TOP COAT not to edges, NO CHIP on the skin, CUTS on 2 of my fingers from the file!!! AND on top of all of that I was charged extra for “shaping”, I didn’t even change the shape, just got them filed a little shorter. I don’t like to complain and never leave reviews but I fell like I needed to for this place so others know what they are getting in to.

Worst place to get your nails done at. This is the first time I leave a review but not my first bad experience with them. The ladies are always super rude to me. A while ago I went in and asked the lady if she had time for a dip manicure and she literally said “no, I don’t have time for you” which I thought it was rude so I left and never went back until this past Thursday, same situation, the first lady that was doing my nails got up to go do a pedicure and gave me a nail file and said “if you don’t like something, fix it yourself”. So then another lady took over and finish doing my nails, this is the result. •_• Not even one week and this is how my nails are looking. Save yourself all the stress and go somewhere else.

Saturday was my first time trying this nail salon for a dip power manicure. The gentleman who did my nails was very rough using the Dremel on my skin around the nails. During different applications of a clear liquid, my skin and nails physically burned. When I left the salon it felt as though my fingers were raw specifically around my nail beds and finger tips. It was extremely painful. I’ve been getting my nails done for awhile and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I applied Aquaphor around the nail beds and on my fingers several times to help and woke up the next morning with scabs all around my nail beds – almost every nail. The top layer of which was clear also peeled off already. The design is cute, but the shaping was subpar and certainly not worth the pain.

Had an appt for 230, got there 5 minutes early. I picked my color then was told to sit in a pedicure chair…I sat in the chair with my feet soaking in cold water for 25 minutes before my pedicure was started. The woman doing my pedicure (wearing a beanie) said not one word the whole time. Pedicure looks alright other than the extra nail polish on the top of my big toe. Wouldn’t go back, wasn’t welcoming at all

I usually go here, but this is my 2nd time with this lady, during my first time with her, she was yelling to me that she cant cut my nails coz it will be to short but i want it shorter, she calls her co worker to talk to me, and her co worker told ger that if i want it shorter then cut it. I jist let that day slide. I just told myself that its okay. Today i had her again, to do my pedi, i told her i want a very dark red polish. I picked this salon from a Google search while visiting from out of town. Could not have been happier! Had dip on my fingernails and polish change on my toes. The service was exceptional. The salon was clean and comfortable. The staff were super nice! Very pleased by the entire experience. I will definitely be back when I am in town. Thank you Rosie!
