Critical: QualityI went a week ago and we were rushed. Granted it was busy but the employees shouldn’t be huffing and puffing when more customers arrive. I kept trying to help him with my set by being more specific with what I wanted and he kept getting an attitude saying that “he had it”. I still walked out with the wrong shape and everything. Whoever did my feet rushed me as well. He painted my nails and immediately told me to get up with no drying time. I went a week ago and we were rushed. Granted it was busy but the employees shouldn’t be huffing and puffing when more customers arrive. I kept trying to help him with my set by being more specific with what I wanted and he kept getting an attitude saying that “he had it”. I still walked out with the wrong shape and everything. Critical: QualityThey are always in a rush (under-staffed) and therefor quality of work is poor & sloppy. I have been there 3 times hoping to give them a chance. The last time I was there they cut my big toe and I have spent the last week putting peroxide and Neosporin on it and having to wear a band-aid to keep it from getting infected. They are always in a rush (under-staffed) and therefor quality of work is poor & sloppy. I have been there 3 times hoping to give them a chance. The last time I was there they cut my big toe and I have spent the last week putting peroxide and Neosporin on it and having to wear a band-aid to keep it from getting infected. I will not be giving them anymore chances
