I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes with no interaction from anyone. They did not ask what service I need or anything. I have a video of how BUSY they were. I left and went to the Nail Bar in Bluffton. They are very professional and they acknowledge everyone who enters their doors. I will be patronizing them from now on. Nails 4u is not for me!

Okay service sometimes depending on the tech but the owner who also does nails was insulting us in Vietnamese and is too short sighted to realize my wife is Vietnamese and can understand every word they said. He also did a very poor job on her nails and complained about her when she pointed it out to him. We are easy going people and aren’t demanding. Provide decent service and at least wait until they leave if you are compelled to share insults about them amongst your staff.

The ladies there are so sweet &’ kind but the manager Sam is so rude! He has no manners &’ doesn’t know how to respect his clients. I went there today to get my nails done &’ so then my mother moved the chair because it was too close to the wall &’ Sam had said “you break it , you pay it” like what the heck ?! That’s no way to talk to a person. Especially someone who is paying for her daughters nails so you can pay for bills or any necessity. You could’ve said “it’s fine” or “make yourself comfortable”. I would never recommend to get your nails done by here. He is unfriendly &’ very disrespectful.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuei visited this nail spa to get my nails done and not only was the color incorrect but the shape was terrible. i called them and asked if i could possibly come in to get them fixed and they said to come in the next day and when i got there it was closed. they seemed very rushed even though i made an appointment.

! The owner Sam is very rude. I asked her if they had the color i have on my nails, she tells me no you can go back to where you got them done at. I then said I’ll get a different color. Then started talking to another employee about it. VERY VERY RUDE & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don’t ever go there
