After our original nail appointment had cancelled on us we decided to go to Nails 4 Us. We had already been recommended multiple times and heard good reviews. We wanted 2 full sets. Upon arrival they neglected to offer us nail color kits and simply went off their personal opinion of what “deep red” and “beige” are. This lead to multiple tries in color and apparent irritation on the techs faces. Which simply could have been fixed if they had gave us color pallets. While doing nails, one of the male techs continuously talk down to their client (us), and chose what they personally liked rather than the clients wishes like length, acrylic color, and shapes. Both of us had clear reference pictures, and neither came out looking anything like it. I had decided to have my tech completely wipe the original design and changed what i wanted to something simpler. She was clearly mad about my change of mind but i had told her previously that it wasn’t what i asked for. Which they also charged me for. At one point, she even started completely free styling my nails and drew a snowflake, which i also never asked for. When she began to do the other design i had to ask her again and again to look at the picture make sure it was correct. At one point another tech timed in, acting in the women tech defense and also tried to talk down to me saying how she was right and all that. The male tech completed the other nails and the quality was atrocious. Many of the nails are crooked and uneven, others not even matching each other at all. Even the length wasn’t what she had desired but he told during application of the nails that he could do nothing about it. Which he definitely could have since he had only cut ONE nail out of NINE. As consistent nail clients we were absolutely floored by this type of treatment and disrespect, do not get a service here. You will regret it.

John the manager listened to the girls complaints on their nails since they were not happy with the results from the technicians – he refunded them 50% of their cost. I spoke to Josh myself and he seemed truly saddened that the girls were not happy with the end results and wanted to make it right,. His customer service was right on point.

Gosh I’ve had to go here to quickly get my nails done for work considering my occupation, and it being the closest and what not. Every single time my nails come out looking honky and gross like a 15 year old practiced on them. The service is super sub-par. And even my mom comes here and says they do a horrible job on her nails. I wouldn’t recommend coming here I really really wouldn’t
