I’m in getting my nails done for so many years now my cousin I went there yesterday and I looked at my nails stayed it really much you know yesterday except will close and I seen that my no that was fake was coming on blue for my real nails so I went back today to show them exactly what was wrong and a little dude wants again tell me oh no that’s your real nails when I got my nails redone I didn’t really have hardly any real nails on my finger like it was short wasn’t you know growing or nothing but yet you know it’s my real nail that’s doing that and I’ll show y’all picture exactly what I’m talking about

Went almost a week ago and I had talked with one nail tech how I wanted to keep my real nails, bc they were already long and I only needed 2 solar nails w shellac paint… But this other nail tech came through & just started cutting all my real nails… So then I got all my nails cut, and paid for the full set… Meanwhile my sister next to me gets finished up she realized they didn’t a horrible job of rounding her tips even . My nail tech then decides to ARGUE with ME about what color I wanted… And tries to get to me “just keep it” for $52 dollars, NO. The nail tech on the side of us then starts yell at my nail tech, but he goes and grabs the color sheet and points to my right color… I ended up getting the right color, and best believe I didn’t leave a tip

Critical: QualityI was charged $158 for my nails and toes. Never in life have I ever paid so much. They make the prices up as they go. I got ombré coffin shaped. They did not last long at all. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuegot my nails done there yesterday and one of them popped off The same exact night so I called the next day to ask them if they could fix it for free and they said yes so when I went over there they tried to charge me six dollars for one nail and said that they never received the call and would not tell me who answered the phone to tell me I can get the nail fixed for free. very unprofessional. The tech got angry, walked away and started speaking in a foreign language about me pointing etc. I was ready to go, I actually was leaving with my feet 1/2 done. This place is very disappointing. They are not friendly to new faces. I went in and asked for coffin shaped nails and had to pay the extra money for it and what they did was no where near coffin nails! I will not step foot in this place again! They need to educate themselves on shapes for nails because they are definitely lying to customers and still charging them extra. They give you what they want you to have and their polish is horrible! I had air bubbles on my nails. Thank God they didn’t charge me to take off the polish.

I thought the price was a little high this time. Went from $35-$45. Too high. Nice staff tho.. The manicure was good, l, however the pedicure, not so much. The quality of pedicure 1-10 was a 3. However very nice staff.

Critical: QualityI came to get a pedicure and I asked for shellac polish. Instead I got regular polish, when I was done I was confused because not once did he use the UV lighting so I asked and he said he used regular polish because it’s cheaper. Also the clear coat was applied horribly, it was a bad experience over all.

I had a fantastic pedicure today. I will be going back to get a manicure and have eyebrows waxed. This business is very well kept with new chairs. The smell when you walk in is minimal to nonexistent.
