I would give them a zero if I could, I have been going here for a few years and this time I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I needed a full set of French tips for my wedding and Eddie and Tina completely butchered my nails and finger! I walked out and cried in my car I was so overwhelmed at what just happen to me!

Owner “Eddie” complained about money and was very negative. His mood is horrible. He was rough. He got angry when I asked for coffin shape. He cut them down after I said the length I wanted. It was not clean. I was cut with the drill, he wiped the blood with his finger and never sanitized.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a nail salon. The man who did my nails was so angry that I even asked to reshape a few nails, he was so rough, and was rushing to get me out of the chair. He never had me wash my hands just had the dust everywhere. And when it was time for the lotion I swear he acted like he was trying to hurt me. he hit one of my nails with an acrylic on it and bent it back (which, if you’ve ever had acrylics before hurts SO bad because it pulls on your natural nail bed). He didn’t even say sorry. He just said “OK. NO LOTION FOR YOU.” Angrily. I’ve never walked out of a salon and sobbed about how I was treated. DO NOT GO HERE.

I had a really bad experience at this salon and fortunately will never be going back because of it. They were extremely rough on my hands during the manicure and made my fingernails bleed. Eddie, knows how to get you together real quick. Not to mention one of the best atmospheres for a nail salon. Do yourself a favor and skip the rest , and go see the best nail salon in the Grand Haven/ Spring Lake area. I strongly suggest making a appointment, and make sure you let them know all services you want while you are making the appointment.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. They were disrespectful to me and I couldn’t even finish my appointment because they were cutting my fingers and ripping up my nails. The utensils didn’t look clean and they literally made me cry. Won’t be going back. Manicure
