I got my mani and pedi done last Friday. I was pleased until my thumb nail Broke and peeled. Then two nails chipped and started to peel. It should not have done that so soon. I am not hard on my nails. I am very disappointment for the price I paid and the service I received.

Went in and was rushed through even though I was the only one in there. Lady did my pedi snipped my skin painful and bloody now I look down and there is a scar. My mani was rushed lumpy and one of my fingers hurt. I left and had polish all around my fingers sloppy work and the polish is all ready chipping off 4 days later. Will never return

The owner of this shop is rude and resorts to yelling when asked about pricing. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this shop and refuse to return. Do not visit this shop. The prices are outrageous and the service is worse. Perhaps some customers service training would be a great investment. Unfortunately, I have seem this “professional ” behave this way before, but not with me. She literally walked away from. Me as I was speaking to her….zero stars

So I came in with my friend to get a gel full set. We were seated immediately and the staff was fairly friendly, but that’s were the good things end. My tech seemed distracted while working and nicked my pinky finger, the acrylic is lumpy and in some areas bleed off onto my skin. The heater was so hot I felt like some of my fingers were burning, she never took the polish up to my cuticle/ polish on my skin. She used the same nail file (which had previous nail debris from before she used it on me) on my friend instead using a new one and changed $10 extra for a matte top coat… All in all I’m not happy and won’t be back.

I have been to this spot a few times. But in my recent visit there I was very disappointed. They appeared to be very understaffed and one of the owners had to leave to go pick up their child. Which I completely understand. However when the husband left the wife took over rushed through my daughters nails and even hurt her. I do not think they look good at all. There is a big gap still from the new fill. She’s only 13 so she likes them but highly disappointing with the service. I wasn’t even able to get a manicure because she didn’t have time to do it. It was very disappointing. I probably will not go back. I really liked the husband and he was very nice and very friendly however the wife rushes through doesn’t make conversation with you and just in general she was not nice. I’m even a good tipper but that didn’t help.
