Critical: QualityI decided to give it a try even though the reviews aren’t great. I’m new to the area so I don’t know what’s around. Well, I was extremely disappointed. There’s glue all over my fingers, each nail is a different size and shape, you can see the drill lines through the polish, and they look just terrible. They also tried to use gel nail polish without telling me there’s a $5 up charge. I decided to give it a try even though the reviews aren’t great. I’m new to the area so I don’t know what’s around. Well, I was extremely disappointed. There’s glue all over my fingers, each nail is a different size and shape, you can see the drill lines through the polish, and they look just terrible. They also tried to use gel nail polish without telling me there’s a $5 up charge. I honestly wouldn’t recommend seeing the older guy, but maybe some of the others are better.

Critical: QualityIt started off that I had a 3pm appointment but when I got there they asked me to come back at 4. I was excited to try this place because I had read some good reviews. I am new to the area and am trying to find my go to salon. They may be good allegedly at some services but they do not know how to do powder dip manicures or work on short nails. They over drilled my nails, they didn’t wrap my nails to soak off my old powder (just put my hand directly in acetone then drilled it off), they cut my cuticles and I have a burn mark on my skin from filing that instead of my nail. I had to tell the tech to stop because he was hurting me. They did not follow any of the steps I have ever used for dip powder and when it came time for the top coat they wanted to put on UV gel. I told them I did not want gel that is why I do dip powder and I wanted the top coat that comes with dip. They told me they had no idea what I was talking about and this is the only way they do it.
