Went in, staff was friendly but nails seemed rushed. I wasn’t happy with how they turned out so I went to another salon to get them fixed. They even said the job was sloppy and rushed. They do t accept refunds though they did offer to fix them. Overall I didn’t enjoy my experience. Won’t be returning. There was also dirt under the nail I didn’t see when I was getting them done.

Critical: QualityI decided to give it a try even though the reviews aren’t great. I’m new to the area so I don’t know what’s around. Well, I was extremely disappointed. There’s glue all over my fingers, each nail is a different size and shape, you can see the drill lines through the polish, and they look just terrible. They also tried to use gel nail polish without telling me there’s a $5 up charge. I honestly wouldn’t recommend seeing the older guy, but maybe some of the others are better.Service: Acrylic nailsI decided to give it a try even though the reviews aren’t great. Came here with a friend to get her nails done. The guy was sweet. But the way he did her acrylics was alarming. They were huge and chunky. After waiting for him to finish only putting the acrylics on her nails for a solid hour and a half we then were told only the women can do the designs, which resulted in us sitting even longer for someone to be open to do the designs for her. So, definitely a hit or miss spot.

Left. Waited a long time. I was trying to book an appointment for two treatments before an upcoming wedding. While I was there,I asked if they had time could I get a regular manicure. Oh yes, they said, but never acknowledged me again. I’m starting to hate this kind of in N out nail salon or spa treatments because it’s just about getting as many people in as possible. It is not relaxing, and it should be! The services are not cheap, and it’s an indulgent most of us don’t get to do very often.

Sonny is an artist, only place I will go for my nails. I travel an hour just to come here. $25 for basic full acrylic set, $15 for a fill.

Critical: QualityIt started off that I had a 3pm appointment but when I got there they asked me to come back at 4. I was excited to try this place because I had read some good reviews. I am new to the area and am trying to find my go to salon. They may be good allegedly at some services but they do not know how to do powder dip manicures or work on short nails. They over drilled my nails, they didn’t wrap my nails to soak off my old powder (just put my hand directly in acetone then drilled it off), they cut my cuticles and I have a burn mark on my skin from filing that instead of my nail. I had to tell the tech to stop because he was hurting me. They did not follow any of the steps I have ever used for dip powder and when it came time for the top coat they wanted to put on UV gel. I told them I did not want gel that is why I do dip powder and I wanted the top coat that comes with dip. They told me they had no idea what I was talking about and this is the only way they do it. I am very disappointed in my nails and hope they even last the two to three weeks I usually get from a manicure. It started off that I had a 3pm appointment but when I got there they asked me to come back at 4.
