I have been going here since I moved down last July and usually get a dip powder manicure and a regular pedicure. I have always had a good pedicure with great massages and usually good mail experience. This past Tuesday I waited over an hour when they told me 15 minutes. Then I spent the next hour trying to convince the guy my nails were real and not acrylic and he wouldn’t believe me. I asked for a short trim and he cut all my nails off I’ve been trying to grow and we’re finally looking good. So I went in to get a dip powder mani and came out with acrylic and gel because he refused to listen to me and told me I couldn’t get powder (and he had the color powder on his table but made the choice to do gel)

My husband went in to get his feet done for the first time. Horrible first experience. Walked in said it would be 20 minute wait. 3 others walked in wanting the same thing after him and they went right to the seats to get them. Then another came in with an appointment and then another did and he wasn’t helped after being told on the wait. So walked out. Better communication, first come first served. We took our service elsewhere.

Fi was my nail tech and she was terrific! Very friendly and did a great job on my gel manicure! I waited a bit for someone to become available because they seemed under staffed but once Fi got started, it was very quick! Will definitely go back and ask for her! Gel manicures

I got acrylic with dip here, and they’re very durable, & I love the color. The dip was a tad too thick & wavy. The bottom of my nails was not cleaned up and it very rough. Would go again if I wasn’t to get dip.

Pedicure was not done well. My cuticle on one toe was clipped and bleeding and now hurts. Now have blood clotting around the toe. Also finger nails were cut unevenly. It seemed they were operating a production line and not a service. The only good thing was the price but I guess you get what you pay for. Pedicure, Manicure
