Several of my nails are way too thick at the tips. And the shape was just completely off on another nail. On top of that, anytime my daughter tried to stand next to me so she could watch how it was being done (she’s 5), he would try to tell her to sit down. Also their tools are definitely faulty, when he was smoothing my original nail with one of the electric tools, it was super hot and could literally feel it burning me. I will NEVER go back. And do not recommend. The only reason I gave two stars is because they didn’t charge me to paint my daughters nails since it was her first time.
