I love it here. They are always friendly & always do a great job. I get what I ask for & they’ve always been consistent. I don’t understand how you can leave a negative comment but say you’ve been back lol. No, if a nail place is bad I guarantee you there is another right on the next corner you may go to. I’ve been to others, but when I came here I’ve not gone elsewhere. It’s clean, fast, friendly & they don’t price gouge.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got gel acrylics. The nail lady was rushing and there were bubbles of polish that didn’t cure. My polish has peeled off. She also cut my nails before she asked about length. She charged me 60$ for something that would have been 40-45$ at another salon.Service: Pedicure

I have been there so many times and have normally had good service except this last time. I got my nails done 11/6 and by 11/8 the paint was peeling off, go today to get a pedicure and get that nail fixed and on the way home the paint chipped right off another nail. The lady that done my nails wasn’t friendly like the rest of them usually are!

They lady rushed me, then only heard that I wanted a pedicure.. but I also wanted a manicure. She complain and kept saying “you said you just wanted manicure” and I said “I always get a mani and a pedi” the next day I noticed my heels were still really dry and I called back to see if I could get my heels redone and she said “no! You just have too much dry skin!” I said “my feet never look this dry after a pedi” and she continued to tell me that’s she took plenty of dead skin off of my heels. I told her I’d pay her extra just to do it, and she said No.. so I said I’d never go back, and she said “ok, bye!” And hung up the phone.

i got a full set and toes painted with regular paint (not gel) and was charged $90. the prices on the board showed $35. my cousin got a mani and a pedi (not acrylics) and was charged $105. my nails are not even and i could’ve gotten better service anywhere else AND better nails.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI first went to nails 2001 one random Saturday to have them fix what the previous salon did…I got Amanda and here I am months later and sending everyone I know to her! She does great with nails (makes them look super natural) and does the most beautiful nail art when I’m never sure what I want! The other ladies have been nothing but nice and I even saw the guy get concerned because he thought I wasn’t at my appointment!
