Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueMy daughter and I went to this nail salon so she could get a manicure, and I could get a set of acrylics, as we were getting ready for a party.This was my daughter’s first manicure, so she didn’t know the routine. She didn’t want a dip, she didn’t even know what it was, and she didn’t want a colored polish, but the woman helping her insisted she choose a color, and dipped her nails without asking. Not too big of a deal, but annoying.I wanted a full set of acrylics with a French manicure. The lady doing my nails did not shape my nails, did not allow me to wash my hands prior to her applying polish – which resulted in debris in my polish. There are pink paint chips embedded in the clear coat AND I didn’t have ANY polish on when I arrived, so it didn’t come from me. It came from the dirty table, and tools, and from her not letting me wash my hands after she put the nails on, and filed them, etc.WORST OF ALL, as I was getting my right hand painted, I felt something biting my left arm. I looked down and saw a flea or some other bug on my arm. I ended up getting 4 bug bites while sitting in the chair. There are NO OTHER bug bites on my body- none before I arrived and none since I left the salon. Very run down place, dirty and low quality. Workers barely speak any English, specially the one that does pedicures. It was very obvious that she was talking about my feet to other lady that was fixing my finger nail, they both kept looking at my feet and chit-chatting about my feet. She also hurt my big toe nail and it was sore and hurting for a few days. She kept burning my feet with really hot water and the worst one was when she put BURNING HOT WAX on my feet. Because of her really bad English she made a couple mistakes on what I wanted, including the package I wanted. She offered the pedicure deluxe and I couldn’t understand what she said so I agreed without knowing, until the end that they charged me $65! And she had the audacity of asking for a tip! On top of that she kept pushing me to pay in cash…. This was my very first and for sure my last pedicure thanks to the awful experience.

The worst nail place you can go to! Please do not use their service! They did my nails last week very rushed and they came out really bad. The fake nail was glued very high above my natrual nails. I have a huge gap between my nail and the fake nail, so much build up between the nails. This is not how its supposed to look like. Nails where not painted good. They were jot filed good either. I requested my money back and they still refused knowing the bad work they did. Worst place to go. I wish i can post picture but its not allowing me to. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Service is pretty good. Cash only so be prepared to use their ATM if you don’t have it. Atmosphere is bare and they are usually pretty busy. They are open on Sundays so that is convenient. Not as clean as you would hope.

Always excellent. Every person that does each different service for me knows and remembers exactly what I like and what I need. They are flexible and anytime something may have gone a little amiss it’s always fixed promptly. Been going to this salon for well over six years and do not mind making the drive. Nice people, they only accept cash or checks. Very pricey. Not the best work. I asked for a French fade with short coffin shape and that is what she gave me BUT after she was done I noticed that she has a blind spot or something because she did not cover my whole nail… on both hands. I dont have the time to get them redone. They also don’t do the best art work, as in flowers/ hearts or embellishments. And if you do ask for that they charge atleast $5 extra. I got a deluxe pedi also and she did not provide me with the full service that package comes with but she charged me for it…
