The WORST customer service and management skills I have experienced at a nail salon. To say the least, the person I had this encounter with was the MANAGER. I went to get my nails done on a Friday evening and have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a “manager”. I am about to go on vacation and decided to get a really pretty design on my nails. Prior to starting my nails, I asked how much for the design and my technician who I love and have been going to for some time now told me it would be $20 extra for design. I said ok. Fast forward, I am about 5 min from being done with my nails and leaving the salon when the manager Leanne tells me that it’s going to cost me $10 more. She proceeded to get upset and tell me that normally she would charge double but that she will only charge me $30 instead. She told this to me at the END of me getting my nails done and told me that she didn’t see the photo and so because of her lack of proper management of her employees now I have to pay an extra $10 for her error. I will NEVER be going back to her salon because of the lack of customer service and professionalism. The worst management skills I have experienced at a nail salon. I go to a nail salon to relax and enjoy, not to have at the end of my appointment to be yelled at and cornered in such a way.

Went in for a mani/pedi, the pedicure came out fine but the manicure is horrible. They did not cut my cuticles back, while I asked specifically for that.
