First time being there since a very long time. I love my nails. Good shape, not sloppy. Decent prices. The only complaint I could have is the salon needs an update and could use some cleaning and organizing. Other than that everything was good.

I got eyelashes extension here Wednesday. 30 bucks. The next day they were already falling off. By end of day Thursday they had all started coming off. Today Friday i came for a refund. She gave me my money back but said not do them again. No apology or anything like that. Why would I come back to waste my money again? Not professional at all.

When I called to make an appointment, The Lady who answered the phone was So hard to understand. It was like she was trying to talk through cotton batting. I told her I apologize, but I could barely hear her . She told me,”Me to”, and hung up on me. If just calling for an appointment gives you that kind of attitude, I will DEFINITELY NOT be using their services.

Did an amazing job on my eyebrows. But overall cleanliness not so great..that being said and lack of talking while sitting for an hour not appealing either. I got a full set of nails and had plenty of time looking around seeing all the dust,hand prints all over windows,dirt on floor along with other things. I didn’t feel sanitary was a priority there. We all know how important it is for things to be clean,disinfected and nail files being tossed. The one that did my nails her file wasn’t great so she tossed it and grabbed used one from next station. Hope they see review and spend time making that place look awesome again. It has the potential if they took the time.

So glad I found this place! I’ve had some painful experiences before getting acrylics at other salons so I was nervous about trying this one. But they were super friendly, I got seated as soon as I walked in on a Friday afternoon, she was very gentle and focused. I’ll definitely be coming back .
