I am not the type to leave reviews but believe me when I say, do NOT waste your energy and hard earned money going to this place. I asked for a Citrus Spa Pedicure (55) & received a 35 dollar regular service. Being that I am not the type of person to make a scene, I waited to discuss my issue at the register instead of embarrassing the so called nail tech . She is lucky that I’m not the ghetto type because the situation could have went WAYYYY differently . Moral of the story , DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !

Critical: QualityWent for a refill. The tech obviously is not properly trained to do nails. She add acrylic powder to the nails and neglected the new growth area. After putting on the powder, she used an emery board and glide over my nails. She polished my nails with all the lumps. My nails are not only lumpy but they look like 2 week old nails that need to be filled. I wear reading glasses. I only need them to see up close, it was very hard for me to keep putting them on when my nails are being done. After putting on the powder, she used an emery board and glide over my nails. She polished my nails with all the lumps. I went to this place last week and my gel nails started to came off 3 days later. I went today so they gave me warranty, I did my nails with Daniel and he told me to write my name and take a seat so I supposed that they gonna solve his mistakes and one Chinese girl started to take off all my nails to put a new ones ( cause all of them were peeled off) and I explained her all Daniel did and she acted like she understood what happened. My surprise was that she made a fast but bad bad nails to me , they try to work fast because they wanted more money but bad quality work. And worst they charged me again $54 . There is no warranty in this place , they steal people money. For your own good and peace o mind don’t go to this place. No one here try to help costumer !

I just love my new nail technician he goes by the name of Daniel he’s very fast and efficient. I used to go to Victoria Nail spa but my Nail technician by the name of Wendy really thought I was stupid. Over and over I played her game. The last straw was broken she lost a very loyal customer and a good gratuity. Games are for children not adults.

This change is not for the better , begin your new journey of finding your new nail technician. Some the old staff is located at Victoria’s Nails next to the Chase Bank. You’ve been Warned‼️‼️I will never be giving my money to this place. When I was asked to pay in cash because they credit card machines was not working the man who did my nails followed me to the chase bank located in the bank and stood right next to me when I got the money out the machine.
