This is what my nails looked like the day after having them done here. I called in and asked if they could please fix them and they said yes, so I made an appoitment. The following day i went to the nail salon for them to fix my nails since i had a job interview. Upon entering the store I spoke with the front desk, I explained that I had spoken with the owner yesterday and he made an appointment for me to come in. After explaining This I was told that in order for them to fix my nails I would have to pay an extra charge. I felt as if This was not right so I asked her why are you charging me to fix something that was not done right in the first place two days ago?. She got very rude and unprofessional with me so i decided to leave This was my first and it will be my last time going to this nail salon. As you can see In the pictures this is what 42 dollars gets you. It looks as if the nail paint is diluted in water.

I paid $30 for full set acrylic and I lost a nail within 3 days. It’s been a week and I’ve lost 3 and I’m not hard on my nails either it’s just very simple stuff. The woman I got was nice just didn’t take her time and it shows in her work.

I used to love this place. But I truly believe it depends on who is doing your nails. The last time I went the polish was so thick that the next day the polish on my finger came off, in 1 sheet. Three days later, another nail lost the polish. I had to get them repainted elsewhere. If you can’t get Mike, Kevin, or Mike’s wife just leave.

I have no clue why people are giving this place terrible reviews! Their customer service is great, Mike always has a smile on his face and so does Jimmy. Kenny usually takes care of me and I always get a full gel set. They come out great, they last way longer than two weeks with no chips! I’ve tried a TON of nail salons and always go back to this place!

Been my favorite place to go since high school. I came in 8-28 around 6:30pm for a fill and had an amazing experience. It is now 11:15pm the same day and my right thumb nail paint is already chipping/peeling. My only question is will I be charged to have it fixed?

Absolutely terrible service. Staff are racist and extremely disrespectful. I got my nails done with gel color and it didn’t last one day. I came back hoping to get them fixed only to get nail dust swept onto my face and clothes along with dirty looks. After they were done the woman who did my nails just said “you can go.” My peers, friends, and family have had similar inconvenient experiences. I would NOT recommend coming here EVER. 0 stars.

The man Kevin got up in the middle of doing my nails, put a cigarette in his mouth right in front of me and walked out to take a cigarette break and just had me waiting there with my nails half done. They were very rude but the lady there named Jenny was the most rude of them all and rushed through doing my nails they looked good at the end tho and then 3 of my nails popped right off the same day I got them done and the polish chipped(I paid for gel and received regular polish) and they even recharged me for their mistake. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Long wait time and I had a problem with the polish. I told the technician that there was something wrong with the polish on one of my nails because it was buckling. She said ….it’ will be ok after she put the clear polish on it. Visibly it looked ok but the nail polish peeled right off the next day. I went back st gave her fix it and had to wait over 30 min for 1 nail. I should’ve been taken immediately. Last time here for me.
