The guy did a terrible job. Didn’t take off the dip I had. He had put tips on, didn’t shape the nails or made sure the shellac covered the nails. When he was done, they were very uneven in length. My left side was shiny and my right side looked matte. I tried to explain to him what was wrong. He started yelling at me and said it was my fault that they looked the way they did and I still had to pay for them. I went somewhere else to have them taken off.

The tech I had today at 5pm was awesome! My daughter and I were both walk-ins. My two youngest daughters had their nails painted. We loved everything. We’ll be back next weekend for pedicures. I’m so glad that we stopped in this salon today.

I’ve been going to them to get my eyebrows waxed since I moved here at the beginning of 2015 and have not had a single issue with them. Marie does an exceptional job. I couldn’t even feel it when she pulled the wax strips off and they look great!

I have been to many nail salons so I know the routine/differences of getting a color change and getting a manicure. My first and last time I went, I specifically told them what I wanted, I got asked twice what I wanted which was a pedicure and a color change on my shellac nails. So for one, there is no communication. Secondly, when it was time to get my color change, the guy was a completely different person than the person who did my pedicure, which that’s not problem! I am not a picky person by all means!!!!! I don’t care who does my nails as long as they do a good job. The problem was that this guy was going to apply fake nails!!!!! Once again, no communication!!! So I had to tell them I just wanted a color change. This rude gentleman, gets upset, when all I’m doing is saving him time by requesting a color change. He applies two coats of a light pink color, let the nails dry, and sent me on my way!!!!! Light pink polish requires more than two coats!!!!!!!! He didn’t check to make sure the nails were okay, and there were bubbles!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And they charged me for a full manicure price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At any other place, I get charge less Bc it’s not a full manicure but unfortunately I went here Bc of the convenience and I was running low on time. For 25 dollars you should do a damn good job and apply more than two coats! I didn’t have time to wait to complain so I called! They tried telling me I would be charged to get my nails fixed!!!!!! After expressing my anger they agreed not to charge me to fix my nails. Needless to say, I hated this place so much I didn’t return. This is a life lesson not to go some where Bc of convenience because it is definitely a risk!

Horrible quality they only want old people as customers. Please don’t waste your time if your under 40, which is pure discrimination which is a crime. They will make your nails so ugly on purpose if they don’t want you as a customer and its a greedy/disgusting thing to do. I feel sorry for the owner and pray their hearts clean. First and last time I’ll set foot in that place and will discourage all i know and meet from sending hard earned money here.

Terrible!!!! I specifically stated that if they couldn’t do the ombré French manicure then I’d find something else that I liked.. instead of saying that they couldn’t do it she insisted she could give me the look that I wanted.. basically using me as a trial!!! I even asked if the owner (who was telling her how to do it) would do it and he said “NO, I don’t feel like it” they weren’t customer friendly at all!!! And even had kids running all over the shop spilling food and playing in chairs! So unprofessional and very unsanitary. I will never go back to this place nor recommend anyone else wasting their money!!!!
