This guy with the tattoos on his face cut my real nails shorter than I asked them to be cut. I also asked for a different nail color and he gave me the wrong nail color. I was so upset and frustrated that I was so over the whole experience and let him finish. He also shaped my nails wrong and one hand has a nail that is shorter than the rest of them and shaped awfully. I’m really disappointed and sad about my nails right now.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt this was necessary. I saw the reviews here and I was hoping they wouldn’t be accurate because I had a gift card to this place but they were indeed very accurate. I went in to get a manicure with acrylics and the man gave me attitude as soon as I asked him to fix a crooked nail. He then proceeded to tell me that he can’t make my nails look the same and I told him they didn’t have to look the same but just not crooked. He was extremely rude and I will not be returning to this nail salon. It is a shame because I regularly get my eyebrows done here.

They are rude. Never again. I don’t know how they have any customers at all. My nails didn’t even turn out the way I wanted them. They also over charged me. I will never set foot back in that shop and tell anyone else I know not to either.
