The only reason I change to get a pedicure here was because I work five hours shifts and my feet hurt. Thinking I was going to get a foot massage that should have been included in a basic pedicure I did not. The man completely ignored me and did not massage my feet at all but still wanted me to pay. I paid them after and was still without polish because customer service was so bad. I was left with messed up toes! I will never come back again!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible lash job. Left out with only one eye done after having to remove one set of lashes. Lash glue had turned white so lash tech added more glue underneath lashes to cover up whiteness. Still didn’t help just caused lashes to be stiff and crazy looking. She removed the set of lashes with some kind of removal and it burned so bad that I refuse to continue with replacing them. I actually began to remove them myself to speed the process. My eyes were bloodshot red and they still charged me $27 for usage of materials. Nail tech did apologize. Manager did not apologize nor did she care. 0/10 would not ever recommend.

Please DO NOT go to this salon! They rushed everything so much, did an awful job on the nails, filed our cuticles with the drill- which made our cuticles bleed, put a gel top coat on dip nails (which you’re not supposed to do), overcharged everything, and were extremely rude. They ended up filing most of the color off, so now I can see my nail through the color. Just save your time and money and find a better salon with nicer people!

Got my eyelashes did and they came off the next day. Called and he was very rude about it. Telling me I did something to them.. Angelene was the person who did them, I suggest she get more practice in. Just don’t on humans right now! Eyelash extensions

Critical: ProfessionalismI took my daughter to get her nails painted, the man telling everyone how much said service cost told me to paint her nails is 20 dollars but the board on the wall said 15. I think that is bad business to overcharge or not charge what the price is obviously listed as. Very unprofessional. We will not be back

The nail tech messed up my pedicure. Shaped nails crooked, did not clean under my nails, did not scrub my feet. I asked for another nail tech and she stated that she did not know what he was doing but he messed up. When it was time to pay the manager told me I he would not compensate me for the inconvenience. He told me I need to pay full price and let them fix ( you can’t fix nails that were already filed down wrong). I will not return nor will I recommend anyone to this sorry place of business. I will be contacting the better business bureau!
