I would give them 10 stars if I could. Top tier customer service. Cherry Blossom is so good at what she does. And she is so kind. I waited over an hour recently and let others ahead of me just to sit in her chair. I don’t give a review on the first time just in case he’s a fluke. I’ve been there three times now and the service seems to get better! Here is a picture of the funky design she did for me. It was exactly like the example I provided from Pinterest 10/10 recommend

I’ve come to the this salon many times but today was by far the best experience. I got a pedicure and the woman took her time rubbing my feet and made sure I liked the color. She even found the matching color for my hands but in the dip powder. Highly recommend.

They do things very fast to get more people in which makes them not fully succeed because the lady was very kind but didn’t apply acrylic at the top of my nail, left space open which resulted in my nails not lasting the usual 3 weeks and I came in with my cousin and they had left it worse. In the end it was overpriced and I had to fix them myself they charged me $80 for an ombré I had acrylic on already they “had” to cut my nails and charge me extra for 2 to be cut and they were medium length I didn’t want to extra length nor shorter. Mine are the purple and my cousin the black with silver tips.

The nail tech was harsh — not the first time. Lisa, the owner, was very kind and finished my nails, but unfortunately, the damage was done, and the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ll only return if I have an emergency and need something done right away. I’m going back to Cameron Spa & Nails, where all their technicians treat their customers with respect and do a fabulous job. It’s worth the drive to Raleigh!

The picture doesn’t show good enough that the nail isn’t straight! Like why wouldn’t you check if nail is straight before painting them. My fault for trusting a lady to make my nails straight. Also who paint nails than do the pedicure? Not thrilled about this place.
