I waited months to post this because I had to go around different places to test but I WIL NEVER GET SNS FROM HERE AGAIN!!! I told the lady doing my nails other places always dip close to my cuticles and will file/buff it to shape. When on the 3rd coat she finally went to my cuticles and these nails felt and looked aweful. The fact I wrote this review months after shows how traumatized I am. I NEVER want anyone to go through what I did and SNS is NOT a service they do well here. The nails didn’t last a week because the cuticle part was so uneven I couldn’t run my fingers through my hair without hair getting stuck on my cuticles because they were so horrible after 2 days! I should have gave 1 ☆ but I normally do after trying again aka a 2nd chance but I refuse to ever try this place again for SNS!

Booked an appointment for 5:15. Didn’t get taken back to my seat till 5:40. I do understand there were only two nail techs on duty. The nails turned out fine but I didn’t leave the nail salon till 6:30 which was not the time I was shooting for. Just a little disappointed on booking under a time and not being taken back on time. Other than that nails look good.

I like the COVID safety measures in place, masking, plexiglass barriers, tub liners, etc. the facility is clean and they have good hours, though they can get especially rushed on weekends so I recommend making an appt. I did a gel polish and I felt the gel didn’t stay on very long before it started chipping away (about a week). I’ve had gels that lasted a lot longer. Also I sometimes feel that the services are rushed and not very relaxing or spa-like. I felt rushed even when trying to pick out a color for my pedicure. Still a reliable and clean practice.
