I love this place, went for the first time and wasn’t disappointed. Amber is amazing, love my nails, and she was soooo nice. Will definitely go back

All the nails on my left hand are significantly smaller than the ones on my right. When we walked in there were no other customers. The lady tried to have my friend pay before anything was done which seemed odd I was paying for us both so when I said “ok it’s all together I’m paying for both” she rolled her eyes and handed the card back. Not sure what that was even about I’ve never been charged prior to having my nails done at any place I’ve been and it was mine and my friends first time here. The guy was very polite but like I said all the nails on my left hand ended up being muuuuch shorter, he didn’t clip my actual nails before he started so the lengths are weird and he left a bunch of excess residue from the dipping powder on my actual skin; before I was done he moved me to another chair to let a customer that just walked in take my seat, I don’t know if they had an appointment but even still I was already being serviced and he could have taken the extra couple of minutes to remove the excess powder. It’s been 2 days and my fingers are still coated even though I’ve washed them several times. Overall experience sucked.

The worst experience ever. I took my daughter here for her 18th birthday for a full set. I called in advance to make sure they had time and availability. They said that we could come right in. My daughter was almost in tears when we left. She said the tech wouldnt say a word to her or give her instructions. She kept grabbing her and roughly yanking her hands and bending her fingers aggressively. She said the tech acted angry at her the whole time. Then the lady abdruptly stopped and refused to finish her nails until she paid first. The quality is terrible, it was not busy, they TOLD us to come in …if they didnt want to do it they should have told us not to come. What a terrible experience.

These people are ridiculous. I stopped in to have my dip powder taken off, and in uniform (first responder). I was asked what I needed. I told the lady I was there to have my dip powder removed. And she asked “Take off only?” I said yes. She was about to get the acetone because that’s all that’s required for me to soak and remove the powder, and another lady doing nails said, “Oh you come back ma’am, we busy, sowwy, make appointment.” Really? I guess I’m not the right color or wasn’t going to spend enough to receive services from them. I let my nails breathe every once and a while and have a nail shop I go to, so I wasn’t going to purchase a set. This was not only rude, but uncalled for since I only needed the acetone and no actual “service” to disrupt their “busy” day. Never again!! I do not recommend and if you’re black, definitely do not go in! I’ve never been treated that way and especially in uniform. Thankfully I was because it saved me from letting them have it and embarrassing her.

My favorite nail shop for sure. I normally come here for my full set/pedicure but I came about two weeks ago and it’s super busy, I didn’t want to wait and ended up going to a different place (big mistake) I had a horrible experience there. Today came here to remove my nails and the lady says did you do them yourself?? I was like No I just got them done somewhere else. That’s how bad my nails were (yikes). I’ve learned my lesson and will continue to come here, I’ll just have to come on a less busy day (no weekend). Definitely recommend these ladies! <3

Very nice little salon. Technician got me all fixed up and had me smiling. Stayed late to make my nails look good.

Positive: Quality, ValueFirst nail salon I went to in Texas after moving here and I was a little iffy on it. I loved my nail techs back home so much! I had to get my nails done for my wedding and while I spent quite some time here, the entire staff was so sweet and personable.

Amber is phenomenal and provides great service typically. I must have gone in on an off day. The lady that did my pedicure cut my toe nails shorter than requested and failed to do the massage part of my pedicure. She claimed that she did when I know she didn’t do anything but put some lotion on my legs and rub it in. If you are going to get a pedicure for relaxation, I no longer suggest this location.
