While I was the only customer at the time. Pedicure was done perfectly. Shop was clean. I also got a full set while the prices were a little on high side I understand inflation is in everything. I did during my visit have the understanding that this business had changed hands and are under new management that being said another customer came in and was told her gift card that was purchased under old management would not be honored. I was not in this situation but wanted other potential customers know before going. Otherwise my visit was very pleasant as was the staff.

Horrible customer service. Like TERRIBLE. No one greets you when you walk in unless they’re completely free. Like legit watch you walk in and turn their heads lol. The owner is horrible at running a business. The shop doesnt look sanitary. NEVER get eyelash extensions here. It was poorly done. Katie is good with eyebrow waxing. Wish she’d move to a different shop and earn the respect she deserves and improve her craft. Wouldn’t recommend going here at all. You pay before your service and a tip is AUTOMATICALLY added to your bill BEFORE service. Dont waste your time going here. So many better places….

Don’t come here! I used to come here many years ago when they were always super busy. I stopped coming because they pushed to get more money out of you. Well I came back in a rush because it’s the closest to me and this place is a ghost town! They charge you a mandatory tip and make you pay before you get the service. There’s no air conditioning! The owner is still chasing her bf/fiancé/ husband, whatever around the shop! I hope she realizes how she’s ran her own shop to the ground and fixes it before it’s too late!

Upon arriving Henry greeted me and they got me seated for a soak off and gel polish change. While filing my nails down I was cut TWICE. after the 3rd near cut with the file I requested a new nail tech and she was much nicer and and less reckless than Henry. She painted my nails nicely and sent me on my way but I later realized I was bleeding on two separate hands! After paying 65$ for a take off and gel polish I more than likely won’t be returning. Also they lack their gel polish swatches so I had to individually open them one by one to see what color I would like next.. just overall, I would go somewhere else and save myself the stress.

Complete ignorance !! We walked in for a girl day and CHOSE to wear our masks. The store was empty of clients, employees only. The proprietor let us know we could take our masks off if we wanted. We acknowledged and said we would keep them on. After that we were told that we had to come back at 6:00 pm, SEVEN HOURS LATER, if we wanted to wear masks…WHAT?!?

Just got back. I too wish I read the reviews sooner. They don’t sanitize for sure. They charge $40.00 and a 10% tip upfront. A basic pedicure is approximately $30. The first thing I noticed was a Chihuahua. I asked the lady if he was friendly. She said no. Couldn’t help but wonder why would she have an unfriendly dog in a public nail salon. I paid for something that said I would get a tangerine wrap along with the warm towel. When I asked the owner about it, she said something along the lines well you got the towel treatment right? I said this is false advertisement. She tried to tell me that the hot towel treatment was the tangerine wrap. I promise you it was not LOL. I never got an apology. My nail text was texting every few mins. Her phone was hidden in the draw. There’s also a sign about cell phone being used. The owners daughter was sitting in one of the chairs with no shoes on watching a soap opera in a different language. It was really loud because I could hear it clearly. When I asked why my nail tech was doing both my legs at the same time, her response was I don’t know how anyone does it but this is how we do it here! Towards the end of my Pedicure, a lady walks and wanting her eyebrows done. She takes the ladies money. The eyebrow customer told her she would tip afterwards. I told customer- no need as they automatically take it from you. I said you didn’t know that? She said no. I said that’s funny because that’s the first thing they told me when I got in. NEVER AGAIN! Critical: QualityNEVER… In over 30 years going to nail salons in multiple States and other countries, have I ever been asked to pay for service upfront…. I went here with my daughter for manicures and was asked to pay in full BEFORE getting our manicures. AND they force a 10% gratuity on you automatically adding it to your payment.They did not use sterilization of tools in between customers…. Big red flag ! They have a sign posted that reads “ Nice nails are not cheap and cheap nails are not nice”. Well I guess I paid a Nice price for cheap nails cuz the manicures were sloppy and overpriced. I was in town for the holidays and needed a manicure and this was one of the very few salons open on Sunday.
