These people URGENTLY need to update! How is it possible that not even a NORMAL manicure knows how to do it? always the same, all very basic. apart and very important, in this place they only care about quantity and not quality. They make more and more people come in when everyone is busy just so you don’t lose $ so you have to wait a long time. I think the owner is a blonde woman, she works HORRIBLE. she needs more practice!!!! Anyway, I’m sick of going to this place, they don’t do pretty nails, they don’t care that you are satisfied even THEY see the mistakes they make. And you know what is the funniest thing about this place? I paid $28 dollars for my nails and $25 for a pedicure and let me tell you this is the most unprofessional place I have been to.. I can’t say enough good things about this place. First of all the lady that I’ve been going to for years works there and she is awesome her name is lunchy. She does a great job with minimal instruction leaves your nails looking perfect and the best part is that they last with all the work I do with my hands these nails take a punishment at keep looking great. Red is my color and if you look carefully at these days are ruby red. Many compliments on this color

I got my nails done exactly a week ago, BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! The guy who dose acrylic has no idea what he’s doing. He cut me and I told him, he looked at me and said “worry about it later” then looked at this other lady (the owner) and told her what was going on then she laughed. After that everything was going okay but I hoped to soon, he “filled” down the acrylic but somehow my nails are thick and there’s acrylic on my skin (after leaving I knew this nails weren’t going to last to long). When it came down to painting my nails (I got gel) he left some of the sides unpainted and there’s little air bubbles. A week later my nails are lifting, I’ve gotten my nails done before here and they lasted a good time and took a long while to lift.

Critical: Professionalismunprofessional, bad service!!!!!My sister and I came here last week and will not be returning. I had my eyebrows waxed and a manicure. As I was getting my brows done the lady was on her phone and only using one hand. She then stopped in the middle of the service and used her phone for a long time, having me wait until she felt like resuming her work. As for my sister, another lady was doing her manicure. While doing her nails the lady called another two co-workers making comments about her hands. I perceived that the conversation was about negative comments. To top this Non-professional/ poor quality service at the end when it came time to pay the lady took the money out of my hand without my consent as I was looking inside my bag for the remaining cash.Overall it was bad service and unprofessional.
