The owner did my nails, I only had an acrylic coat put on top of my natural nails and clear polish, my cuticles are now sore and bloody. My boyfriend had a pedi done by another lady that same visit! $60 was our total! Really?? I personally have been going there for the last 4 1/2 years and I was upset at what the owner did to my fingers but $60 for a mans pedi and a crappy nail job?? They just lost a loyal customer?

Horrible customer service, my fiance and I went to get our pedi done and two customers came in, one had an appointment at 10:30am and when they acknowledge her they just told her to come back, one of the nail tech who’s a guy didn’t even bother to take her in. He just sat on his chair and played on his computer. Then another customer came in and she told the other two ladies that she called anout 20 mins ago to get her nails done. Again the guy who was on his computer acknowledged her, looked at his watch and ignored her. I am not even kidding, she kept talking, then she left the nail salon. My fiancé and I sat in awe while getting our pedi done. I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing before eyes. I was so close to getting up and leave without paying because I was just that frustrated with how rude and disrespectful they were with the other customers. But I held my composure. Never again will I ever step foot in that nail salon
