We sterilize all our equipment in hospital-grade sanitizers and use pedicure liners to prevent any chance of infection for our customers. I had an appointment at 11:30 got there right on time. I was asked a bunch of questions and I wanted and medi and pedi but saw when I got there it was busy so I said no pedi. I waited 20 minutes until I was asked do I want to get my pedi done first and then my nails. That process would take 2 hours and a half. I was expecting them to do them at the same time, since I worked at a nail salon myself. I asked how long it would take to wait for my nails. They lied and said to say some random number to get me to stay. So I decided just to leave because if they’re gonna lie about a wait time and make me wait even longer. I know all of this because they spoke Vietnamese and I am Vietnamese. Horrible place

Me and my girlfriend went here, I for a simple pedicure and her for one as well but with french tips. The gel on my toes wasn’t even applied across my whole nail, and neither was it on her’s. She asked for a flower design on her big toe and it looked like a molecule, and the french tips weren’t even straight, they looked like blobs. We both had to scrape off excess gel off our nails and she even had it behind her nail, like how did they even manage to get it there. Would rate lower if possible and well not worth the 90$. Im not sure if it was the ladies first time doing pedicures or what.
