Cut a bit too much of my cuticle on one finger causing a bit of bleeding and irritation. Most of their regular nail polish looks old and they have a very limited selection of regular polish. Came twice this year alone and both times the nail polish was already chipping and peeling off the next day! I know regular polish doesn’t last forever but the fact that it was peeling off 24hrs after I got it 🙁 this place is going down hill, prefer the other location better

The person doing my nails was nice at first but then after a while she became a little bit more rude and rude and rude and I asked for a certain length and I said a little bit longer than a certian length. i showed her a picture of that length i wanted and she made my nails shorter than the length I wanted and I told her that and she said no the length in the picture is shorter and I said no it’s not and I came home with extremely short nails and I’m gonna call tomorrow morning because they are closed now and complain and ask or demand for a refund because I am really angry at the service I got.

Extremely rude people! We went without an appointment and they welcomed us with a terrible face and attitude. I understand not having an appointment but you gotta treat your walk in clients with a little more respect amd get off your phone. Worst customer service
