I’m very sad and dissatisfied but mostly embarrassed. I have never been turned away for complainign. I really liked this place a lot! The second time I went, I spent $350. I took my stepdaughter and mother in law, we got 2 full sets, one manicure and 3 pedicures and 3 gel nail polish. My stepdaughter was happy with her pedicure and gel polish and full set, I requested pink and white ombré nails, and pedicure and gel polish. Your guy did them different than I normally get them but I still let him finish and never complained. My mother in law got a manicure, pedicure and nail polish on her feet and hands. We mentioned she was visiting from Mexico and that it was her first time getting a manicure and pedicure. When we left she said they never cut her cuticles on her hands only on her feet and I called to complain. So Kevin on the phone said I would get my money back. I went back today to fix my nails because 4 were broken and I mentioned that I wanted them to remove my calluses that was not completely removed the day we went. Kevin said ” oh, your the one that called to complain about the manicure?” I said “yes”. I showed him the pictures of her hands, it didn’t seem like they cut her cuticles. But he walked to the register and said ” I’m going to give you money back for the manicure and for your nails because they are too thin and don’t come back.” I was in shock! It’s never about the money, it’s about a service that we pay for. If we’re not happy I think we have the right to let you guys know. And not be rejected because we don’t agree, or because he said “I trust my nail tech”. I trust my elderly mother in law too. It’s sad that because of what my mother in law mentioned to me I complained and got rejected for a service I would be paying for. I feel embarrassed, even I shouldn’t feel that way. I have never been turned away for speaking my mind! I didn’t accept the money the Kevin was willing to give me back, I told him to keep it.

I moved to Duncanville in Nov 2021 and needed to find a nail salon and found this gem. I have not had a bad experience yet! I love my nails every time and they always last a long time, even with how rough I am on my hands. Things to keep in mind is they do prefer you make an appointment as this is a family business and they staff accordingly. They CAN and WILL do walk ins but if they are busy, it might be an hour and a half to 2 hours wait because they have minimal staff. They take their time, they do not rush through doing your nails, and always do an excellent job.

He did my nails exactly how I wanted them! I got tapered square and usually when I ask for that at other salons they give me ugly thick bulky square nails but he gave me slim but sturdy dainty nails. Today was my first time going in and overall I had a great experience. I did a walk in and I waited maybe 5 mins or so then I immediately got seated and the guy started my nails. He did such an amazing job and he was really nice. He did my nails exactly how I wanted them! Walked in and was barely greeted. Everything I asked he had a reason as to why he couldn’t do my nails. I asked for acrylic, he said they don’t do acrylic. I asked what they do, he said the only do dip. I said okay can I do a dip full set, no. Then he proceeded to say we don’t take off nails.

My daughter got dip nails that looked like a 5 yr old did them. When I went back to ask him to simply repaint got angry and tried to only give me $10 back and told me to go somewhere else. I was a regular every 2 weeks for a pedi and would also take my mom and have referred friends. I was told that no one liked doing my pedicure and that they didn’t care of we can’t back. I left in shock! I told my husband who went up there to get the rest of the money I had paid for my daughter’s nails and he was given back the money . Customer service speaks volumes and they have none. I guess they do not want to be bothered with doing work correctly and when it’s brought to their attention they get angry and just say don’t come back. Yes if there is paint in my skin when I get a pedi I asked for it to be cleaned up… who wouldn’t! I assume that’s why I wastold no one liked to do my this. Extremely rude and I will continue to spread the word so no one had to experience this awful place.

Even though I went there short notice a friend of mine recommend me to their facility they did a good job on my manicure pedicure and my eyebrows I was very pleased and very happy thank you so much I’ll be back soon and I promise this time I would not come when it’s about to close LOL

8.21.19 Wednesday- well I chose this salon bc of the excellent reviews, I am sad to say it did not meet expectations. I had planned on getting powdered nails for the 1st time but after the lack lusture pedicure with my nail bed not being completely covered and a rushed job I chose just regular manicure. However I should have just left after the pedicure . Especially after I was rushed to choose a color “saying it’s just a color not like tatoo “. Oh and then during the polishing of finger nails I say can you please cover my entire nail bed, he makes a face and looks at his coworker as if I was saying out of normal for a quality service.

The best nail salon I have gone to in a long time!! Everyone is amazing, friendly, and all around great! The salon is squeaky clean and the ambiance is super relaxing. I am constantly trying not to fall asleep. I will say appointments are the way to go as they are busy sometimes but how can they not be with such amazing service!! Dip powder, Pedicure
