They cut my nails too short when I went to them to get my manicure. My nails were naturally long and they were supposed to just file it and do a french manicure. And then I went to them after a week to get the nail polish removed and they used the nail grinder thing to remove it and destroyed my upper layer of nails.

Amazing! Shirley was so sweet and was attentive to all customers. She started my nails and then had someone else finish his she said the other lady will do a better and faster job. My nail tech did a fabulous job. I think that was the fastest I’ve ever had my nails done and they are immaculate. The place is clean, bright and felt comfy. I didn’t feel like I was a sardine in a can or like a factory. I’ll definitely go back and plan to continue going as long as they continue giving great service I definitely recommend Nailit By Shirley!

On 6/17 afternoon, I called NAILIT around 530 and I asked them what time they close. The lady who answered said 6:30 and asked me what I wanted. I tell her I just want a pedicure and she tells me to “come now, come now.” After spending $40 on a “special pedicure” I walk out with a pain under my big toe. I get home to see the bottom of my toe is all red. She was scrubbing so hard with the foot file that she left a little patch of raw skin. Please be careful when going to salons like this. They tell you to come in and rush just to get a quick dollar. They don’t care of the overall experience they are providing to their customers. So lesson learned I will never go back there again.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for more than 3 years and I really love the workers. They are friendly and always to a good job. Shirley is very conscientious, even though at times she seems over-anxious, she really tries to get things moving along so that customers are not waiting long.

I got a pedi and the woman kept touching everything with her dirty gloves! My toes after leaving looked like they needed to be done $55 later! Not the cleanest place at all! Never again Pedicure

All the employees are wonderful. The owner is rude and even though I do not understand the language, I do understand her mannerisms and the tone of her voice when she is speaking with her employees. She is also very persistent always asking the same think over and over again. I only go there because of the employees. I am still looking for a place that the owner is kind caring and compassionate. Any recommendations?
