Critical: ProfessionalismThe owner and the lady were super nice but I got the older man who was so rude to me. Made some comments that made me feel uncomfortable. Complained about my nails any chance he could. Just overall a bad experience. I was looking forward to relaxing and getting my nails did. I give them 4 stars for the service because the nail technician was extremely nice and personable. However, I have to deduct a star because the overall nail job was somewhat shoddy. Within several days it was as if things were “staining” my nails despite them being painted white. No matter how much I washed and scrubbed, the nails seemed to have discoloration smudges near the tips.
