The man that did my nails did a poor job. I asked for a refund but they said they don’t give them so he opted to fix the mistakes. Ended up being worse. They’re complete trash of a business because this is the second time they’ve done a bad job on my nails. Please go elsewhere if you’re looking to get a pedicure. At best they’re a 1/10.

They do good work but, I noticed that they used the same tweezers and tools to apply eye lashes and doing eyebrows. Never sterilizing them! They put the tweezers back in the same containers after finishing each customer. They do not spray disinfectant on chairs and armrests after each person when finishing pedicures, manicures, eye brows&lashes. They are lacking in disinfectanting their salon.

Super nice nail techs that always put you first. I always come here but, today was right after work and I was exhausted and feel like stopping. But, they made it work while. Pedicure (Tropical spa) and fill-in totally relaxed me. And, their customer service is always amazing!

I went to get a fill in and a pedicure Tuesday night and did not like the results! Don’t get me wrong they were quick but they did a horrible job! My nails are thick and not polished correctly! The girl that did my feet noticed I didn’t like my nails and was rude after. Even when taking my payment! The only reason why I came was because my friend said they did a good job. Pedicure was okay, not the best. I’m sticking to where I normally go. Will not be returning to this place!

Critical: QualitySo My nails were left thick. It’s been exactly 1 week and my nails are lifting, literally waiting for them to fall off. Nail tech didn’t clean up Under my nails so I have globs of acrylic, polish that was left around my nails and he didn’t touch my cuticles. Definitely won’t be returning, waste of money!

I got my nails done for the first time here, today. On the plus side, I was immediately helped even though the place seemed packed, and the guy who did my nails was very nice and he did a very nice job. Overall the place seemed dirty and it didn’t look like they sanitize their utensils. Also, a customer getting a pedi was yelling at the worker to scrub her plantar wart on the bottom of her foot more with one of those metal cheese grater looking tool…so gross. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I too would give 0 stars if I could!!! There was no waiting and I was out quickly. If that’s what you are interested in then this is the place for you. The quality of workmanship is the worst I have ever had done, and that’s saying something!!! The only thing the nail tech was interested in was the $35 fee, which he repeated several times before he was done. He even refused to shape them the way I wanted them shaped. I showed him the nails on the guide rack beside our table as a reference guide. The tips weren’t glued properly to my nails and acrylic wasn’t completely put on others. I recommend you find a different nail salon if you would like quality work done.
